Everything App Privacy Policy

Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the Everything App, a Shopify app provided by RevLift Labs for merchant clients.

The app is used to analyze store operations, reduce avoidable costs, and improve conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Information We Access

With merchant authorization, we may access Shopify store data including orders, order line items, fulfillments, refunds, customer profiles, addresses, contact details, subscription and recurring order data, discount rules and usage, products, inventory, and other related commerce data made available through Shopify APIs.

We may also access app configuration data, staff or account identifiers, and usage or event data needed to operate app features.

How We Use Information

We use this data to provide app functionality, identify savings opportunities, detect revenue leaks, improve checkout and lifecycle performance, and generate CRO recommendations.

We may also use information for internal analytics, support, debugging, fraud prevention, and service reliability.

Data Sharing and Subprocessors

We do not sell personal information accessed through the Everything App.

We may share data with trusted subprocessors and infrastructure providers only as needed to host, secure, monitor, and support the app.

We may disclose information when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights and security of RevLift Labs, merchants, or others.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain store data only for as long as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

If a merchant uninstalls the app or requests deletion, we will delete or de-identify data within a reasonable period, except where retention is legally required.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

No security method is perfect, but we continuously improve controls based on operational risk and platform best practices.

Merchant Responsibilities and End-Customer Rights

Merchants are responsible for providing required notices and obtaining lawful permissions for their customer data.

End-customer privacy requests should be directed to the relevant merchant. We assist merchants with valid requests as required by applicable law.

International Processing

Data may be processed in countries other than the merchant's country, including where our service providers operate.

Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for cross-border data transfers.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and, when appropriate, by additional notice.
